Through the Innovative Solutions Canada (ISC) Testing Stream (Confirmation #022178), 100% of deployment, hardware, and software costs are pre-funded by the Government of Canada. Thermolio is seeking 1–3 federal facilities to host an operational pilot — ISC covers the gateway hardware and cloud service, full on-site installation, bilingual staff training, and 12 months of monitoring and support.
Predictive fault detection identifies equipment malfunctions days to weeks in advance with over 90% accuracy; autonomous setpoint and sequence adjustments run every 60 seconds for up to 15% lower HVAC energy use; and direct CMMS integration auto-creates prioritized work orders with diagnostic context and recommended parts.
A UL/CSA-certified, DIN-rail edge gateway runs on an outbound-only TLS 1.3 connection — no open inbound firewall ports. BACnet auto-discovery maps existing HVAC points in under 15 minutes with no reprogramming of native BMS logic, and built-in failsafes revert control to the native BMS on any network or sensor anomaly.
A 30-minute technical fit check, a non-invasive install in under four hours with no capital upgrades, autonomous operation within strict ±1°C comfort guardrails, and monthly executive dashboards with IPMVP-aligned savings verification. Candidate sites have an existing BMS on standard protocols, ~4 hours of mechanical-room access, basic outbound network access, and historical baseline energy data.
